Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing The Intentional Inkwell. We are committed to getting your tools for intentional living into your hands as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing & Handling

  • Timeframe: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Schedule: Please note that we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. As a working instructor and creator, I personally oversee the quality of every package sent out from our Albuquerque studio.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Carrier: We ship exclusively via USPS to ensure reliable delivery to your home, office, or P.O. Box.

  • Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $80.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, The Intentional Inkwell only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or local pickup at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Packaging & Protection

We take great care in how our products are sent to you. To ensure your bookmarks and stationery arrive in pristine condition, we use:

  • Rigid Mailers: To prevent bending or creasing of your items.

  • Bubble Mailers: For added cushion and protection against the elements.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@theintentionalinkwell.com within 48 hours so we can assist you.
