At The Intentional Inkwell, we want you to be fully satisfied with the tools you choose for your journey. If a physical product doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Returns

  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Please note that digital downloads (such as planners or guides) are non-refundable and are considered final sale.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@theintentionalinkwell.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
